An affiliate of Blue Mount, is a platform focused on integrating contemporary art and visual concepts into corporate or retail environments. It brings together creatives, artists and concepts to ensure the best compositions are displayed in the most respected retail and commercial destinations. It promotes local, International, established and emerging artists in new surroundings and introduces clients to a diversity of visual displays that inspire and excite – displays they might not otherwise encounter.
XIXI ART LAB works with artists and creatives to envisage and produce work tailored to local tastes but which retains a broad market appeal. With an international creative team in Hong Kong and mainland China, it represents a growing list of international artists from New York, Japan, Europe and Greater China and is determined to bring the most inspiring artistic experiences to the international commercial scene.

Founder & Chief Executive
Luca founded Mount & Haven’s original business, Blue Mount, in 2012 in Shanghai as a specialist in visual merchandising.
Born in Hong Kong, he studied Fashion and Visual Merchandising at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He began his career as visual merchandiser for Louis Vuitton before managing Godiva’s store development, store openings, and VM team throughout Asia.
In 2008, he established the Hong Kong visual merchandising headquarters for Shanghai Tang, before founding Blue Mount. Luca is an international fashion professional with an excellent understanding of top-end visual merchandising. He won Perspectives magazine’s ‘40 Under 40’ award for 2013 in the New Media category.
Business Development Director
Julia has been involved with Blue Mount since its foundation in 2008, having helped to set up the Shanghai office. She is business development director with responsibility for developing and managing client relationships and projects.
Born in Southern China, she grew up in Hong Kong and then did business school in Hawaii before setting up her own business with her husband in corporate training for blue chip multinationals.
Julia is always looking for ways to simplify work for clients. She has overseen the introduction of an app allowing clients to monitor installations in real time. She has also pioneered global partnerships and longer-term relationships with both clients and other VM firms that do not have operations in Asia.
Chief Operations Officer
Paul Qiu joined Mount & Haven in 2013 and has ultimate responsibility for the business expansion and client services for our key accounts in mainland China.
From Guangdong province, he took an MBA at the Netherlands Business School and has a solid background in Marketing and Retail from his previous work at international companies including Adidas, Motorola, Herbalife and DMG.
Paul heads the Design, Operations and Project teams, ensuring that our clients receive the best bespoke VM solutions to successfully achieve their business goals.
Chief Operating Officer
April Lam joined Blue Mount in 2017 as the COO of Hong Kong office. She brings over 15 years’ luxury retail and brand consulting experience to the team and, with a background in Marketing, she quickly grasps the significance of consumer behaviour to any retail business.
Before joining Blue Mount, April worked at DFS (LVMH Group) where she headed up the Marketing department in Indonesia and built its team. She was also with Lane Crawford, managing marketing activities, and rolled out a suite of successful campaigns, as well as the opening of the Home Store at Pacific Place in Hong Kong.
April is responsible for the innovation and evolution of Blue Mount Hong Kong through the elevation of talent, systems, and processes. She leads a team that is passionate about breaking the market open and providing industry-leading solutions to its clients.
Shenzhen Factory Director
Wyman joined Blue Mount in 2014 to oversee all the production projects that go through our factory workshop in Henggang, Shenzhen. With decades of manufacturing management, he obtained a degree in Publishing from the Guangdong Press and Publications College. He later studied Computer Applications Management at Shenzhen Open Universit.
He worked for a Shenzhen-based publishing and packaging manufacturer as Production Manager for 17 years before moving to be technical manager at another packaging company in Dongguan.
At Blue Mount, Wyman uses his expertise to tightly monitor and quality-control of a wide-variety of crafts and craftsmen for every client project.
Senior Creative Manager
Liz joined Blue Mount in 2012 as the first member of the Hong Kong team. She is Senior Creative Manager, leading Blue Mount’s design team.
Born in Hong Kong, she obtained a Fine Arts degree in Fashion Design from Parsons in New York and began her career as a fashion designer at Jason Wu in New York. When an opportunity arose to return to Hong Kong, she joined the trend forecasting platform Stylesight as Asia Correspondent, reporting on the latest retail and design news.
Liz leads a team of designers to assist our clients in adapting their branding and designs to better suit the local markets of Greater China and Asia Pacific.
