Ted Baker Xmas 2018 (Window Display)

Ted Baker is famous for its quirkily amusing VM aesthetics, and Christmas has got to be the funniest ones of all. For Holiday’18, the UK fashion brand once again designed a darkly humorous window display that Blue Mount had the pleasure of producing for the Global markets. Following the footsteps of the g-string-wearing snowman, the Marilyn Monroe-like Santa Clause with exposed garters, and the pole-dancing polar bear (to name just a few), this year’s Santa is seemingly stuck in a trance, with star-shaped minced pies glowing and rotating in his eye sockets, along with a can of “Yule” whip splashing out white foam to form his beard and snow on the ground. The entire sculpture is made with fibreglass, hand-painted and fitted with LED lights and a motor to ensure that the eyes rotate smoothly.
